Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers the following:

  • - Defects or faults in the waterproofing system installed by Wayke that result in failure or early deterioration of the waterproofed area.

  • - Deterioration of waterproofing that occurs earlier than 10 years from the date of completion, where the deterioration is not caused by external or unrelated damage.

Warranty Conditions

In order to support the integrity and transparency of our service, Wayke undertakes the following at each job site:

  • Inspection and Documentation:
    Photos will be taken:

    • - Pre-Installation Inspection

    • - Installation Inspection

    • - Post-Installation Inspection

These serve as a visual record of the condition and quality of the work at handover.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To make a valid warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  1. 1. Proof of Original Work:
The job must have been completed by Wayke and within the 10-year warranty period from the completion date.

    • - Improper maintenance

    • - Misuse or modification of the original area

    • - Third-party trades or products

  3. 3. Evidence Requirement:
The claimant must provide photo or video evidence that reasonably demonstrates the area has not been subject to any external interference, and that the issue appears to be due to premature failure or deterioration of the waterproofing itself.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • - Failures arising from structural movement or building substrate issues unrelated to waterproofing.

  • - Work that has been altered or repaired by parties other than Wayke.
